When i grow up i want to be....

Moving on from the idea of uniform, when kids are little they have a massive imagination. They believe anything can happen, they change their minds on their occupation nearly every day. We could use young children and asem ked them what they want to be when they grow up. Using the idea of being free, young and anything can happen, you can do anything you want. When your young there isn't this robotic system of strict education. There  is no wrong and right answers. And this hiaracky system. These are some childrens dressing up costumes i have found for diffferent occupations.

When i grow up i want to be......
A police man. Has a certain uniform, which is identifable by everyone. Blue. Handcuffs, baton, Jackets, Badges, Helmet.

A builder. The neon yellow jacket is the most common uniform that we associate with this profession.

A nurse. Also a blue uniform, we associate with this profession. Often aprons, Hats lits of thin paper materials. Pocket watch and rubber shoes.

A doctor. Often white coat, and stethoscope. Thermometer and name badge.

A cowgirl. Not an occupation, but some kids say things that arent real jobs, for example many young girls want to be princesses when they grow up. We could take it further and not necessarily use real jobs.

A fireman. Red uniform, we associate with this profession. Helmets. red and black jackets and trousers. Fire extinguisher.

Army. A green uniform and big brown boots. Guns and flat hats.

A businessman. A suit and mobile phone. A suitcase.

An astronaut. NASA. Often a white sall-in-one suit, padded and a full head helmet. Moon boots.

These are all things to concider from  a styling point of view, all the little details to each occupation that make us identify each one indivdually.
