After being given the project i decided to do a general internet search for initial ideas. See what images i could find to might help develop an idea further.
These are the images i thought related to the word EDUCATION.

Education - Maths a core subject.

Money - Gaining a degree in a certain profession can earn you alot of money, can also put you into a lot of debt.

First seminar gave us the opportunity to write down any initial ideas as a group about the word education. 

We also watched a short animation film about education. These are some of the things we picked up from the film.....

• Treating kids like a factory, everything is very robotic. You go through school in your age groups like year 9, year 10, year 11. 
• You become less creative when your older, because you go through so many tests and getting told what you can and cant do. no cheating, no looking at the back of the book. There is only one right answer. 
• ADHD. hyper activity dicorder. becoming more common. 
• Everything is very structured. Always someone above and below you. 
• Social Hiarchy. Popular or unpopular.
• Tutition. Finance. Money espiecally when you get to University level. 
• You can be private schooled. Home schooled. Public schooled. State schooled. You can board at some schools (stay over night) 
• The location of your school can be a good or bad environment. 
• You always get a break time and lunch time. packlunch. School dinners. 
• Obviously different levels of education. Start at kindergardern/playschool. Then primary school. Then secondary school. Then College. Then University.
