17th Century

These are some paintings and iamges i have found for this Century to give us some more ideas of how they wore their hair and the clothes they wore.

These images show that the hair was often worn up or curly. I really like these tight curls as i associate this style with these past periods in time. The long gowns aare still shown in these images, but there is a lot more jewellery shown here with brooches and pearl earrings. I think these would be good to make the finishing touches to the images.
